Prior to his training at The Bristol Old Vic Theatre school and subsequent years as a professional actor, Julian worked in Finance. 

He then combined his business knowledge and performance experience to co-found Global Roleplay with Mark Delaney and now, more than twenty years later, Julian has worked extensively within organizations as a Coach, Facilitator and Trainer. Through the delivery of leadership programmes, he supports Leaders & Managers in developing and honing their skills for holding truly effective conversations that support trusted relationships.  

As an ILM Level 7 Executive Coach, Julian’s focus is on maximizing personal and professional potential, in a way that is specifically right for the individual. Within a safe and supportive environment, Julian challenges and encourages his coaches so that they are able to achieve and commit to tangible plans of action and strategies.

Mark worked behind the scenes in the television industry before going on to train as a professional Actor at the renowned Bristol Old Vic Theatre School.

Then, in 1996, in tandem with a career in Theatre and Television, Mark ventured into the then nascent roleplaying arena. Since that time, Mark has worked extensively as both a Roleplayer and Facilitator and has attained a huge wealth of knowledge and experience across the length and breadth of Staff and Management Training. 

Since teaming up with Julian Chaloner in 2000, they have successfully provided the highest quality professional Actor-roleplayers to both the Public and Private Sector Training Industries.
