  • Training Case Study

    1

Our training is focused on supporting leaders to become great communicators.

This takes many forms and with one client of ours, from the insurance industry, we run a series of workshops on storytelling technique and presentation skills. Whilst we share theory, pass on tools and run exercises, the key is in participation and practice.

Through consistent practice of presenting business messages, participants learn how to compellingly convey what can often be data heavy information, keeping audiences engaged by using story structure to bring their presentations to life.

Participants also receive ongoing feedback on their practice sessions, which is thorough, supportive and helps build confidence and capability for the presentations that lie ahead.

  • Roleplay Case Study One

    2

Our highly experienced roleplay actors partner with NHS Trusts and Private Healthcare providers, to assist in developing the communication skills of healthcare professionals whose role is to support patients and their families when something has gone wrong with their treatment.

In doing so, our roleplayers are required to display a great range of emotion as they receive very difficult news, in order that those healthcare professionals can develop and enhance their ability to listen and empathize during challenging and emotionally charged conversations.

Our roleplay team are able to achieve this with credibility and consistency, whilst at the same time facilitating feedback discussions to help grow the skills and confidence of those participating.

  • Roleplay Case Study Two

    3

We helped a Global Telecommunications provider train their Sales Teams in identifying customer behavioural styles and buying signals.

This involved our roleplayers both learning a series of technically detailed briefs and displaying key behaviours during sales meetings.

The delegates, following feedback discussions, then had the opportunity to replay the meetings and put into practice the skills and behaviours previously identified.

  • Coaching Case Study

    4

We run ‘Difficult Conversations’ group and individual coaching programs for leading consultancy clients, both face to face and remotely, examining and unpicking the tough conversations we have in the workplace, to help facilitate and underpin future success.

How do we prepare effectively ahead of those key conversations? How do we manage negative patterns of thought and dips in confidence? What are the best approaches to ‘Managing Upwards’ and when ‘Imposter Syndrome’ raises its head?

Through our thought-provoking coaching approach, we enable participants to unlock for themselves what is holding them back from being more effective in these areas and, in doing so, explore their options, including opportunities for growth and development.
