Forum Theatre
We can work with you to develop ideas and scripts for Forum Theatre scenarios, ultimately played out in Theatre style in front of an audience of delegates. This style works on any scale and in any space, from a regular training room environment to a large Conference Hall, the latter catering for a broad range of delegate numbers. We will cast appropriately from our team of Actors and then manage their preparation and rehearsal. All our acting team are experienced in this style of delivery and, furthermore, are skilled in responding to the resulting delegate interaction.
I have worked with actors from Global Roleplay on a number of occasions and with two separate organizations. The subjects have covered Bullying and Harassment and Performance Management. The actors put everybody at ease and enabled and encouraged them to participate and achieve the learning objectives. The ability of the Global Roleplay actors to take onboard the delegates issues and incorporate them into the scenarios they were acting was superb, making everything relevant, effective and memorable! Feedback from the participants was excellent and there is evidence that behaviours changed and confidence grew as a result of these workshops.
